機能性高分子コンソーシアムは、大強度陽子加速器施設 物質生命科学実験施設（J-PARC MLF）で機能性高分子材料のさらなる高機能化を図るため、産業界（参加企業5社）と学術界が一体となって中性子利用を推進するために設立され、2019年4月～2022年３月の期間、運営されました。
FPC was established to promote the use of neutrons in collaboration with industry and academia, and was active from April 2019 to March 2022. Its main activities are further functionalization of functional polymer materials using J-PARC ,MLF.
